Buck Sanchez founded Radical Hope to assist individuals, couples, families, and organizations respond to life’s challenges and discover what’s possible.

Radical Hope.

Buck Sanchez is a licensed marriage and family psychotherapist (LMFT) in New Mexico. He also has extensive experience cultivating relationships to support public collaborations and sustainable management of water, land, and natural resources.

Buck helps clients open-up and build healthy relationships, families, and organizations. He works with clients to identify their strengths as a primary source of energy for change. Many or most patterns in relationships play out unconsciously because they become habits. People typically accept what is familiar, even if they prefer otherwise. At Radical Hope, Buck helps people notice unconscious patterns, design alternatives, establish new goals for relationships, and reinforce fulfilling experiences.
